Terms and conditions

These terms govern the use of clubfasedos.com and booking requests at Club Fase II, a venue operated by ENTREFASE S.A.S. (NIT 900665546-8), located at Cra. 44 #30-27, El Poblado, Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia (behind the Premium Plaza shopping mall). By browsing the site or requesting a booking, you accept these terms. This English text is provided for convenience; in case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

1. Adults 18 and over only

This is the website of an adult entertainment venue. Access is restricted to people aged 18 or over. By entering, you declare on your own responsibility that you are of legal age. If you are not, you must leave the site.

2. Nature of the service

Club Fase II is an adult night club whose activity consists of serving drinks, music and live artistic performances, including pole dance. The shows are artistic performances delivered by professional performers.

The venue does not offer, broker or tolerate sexual services of any kind. Any offer or request of that nature on the premises results in immediate removal and, where appropriate, a report to the authorities. See our child protection policy.

3. Bookings

• Bookings are requested and confirmed exclusively via WhatsApp at +57 310 380 8366. The website does not process payments or confirm bookings automatically.
• A request is not a booking. A booking exists only once the venue confirms it in writing, stating date, time, number of guests and plan.
• Plans and packages are subject to availability. On high-demand dates, spots are limited and may require advance booking and prepayment.
• The venue may set a grace period for the group's arrival. Once it has passed without notice, the table may be released.

4. Prices, quotes and payment

This site does not publish prices. Amounts are quoted over WhatsApp based on the date, group size and plan requested. Every quote has a limited validity, stated when it is issued, and may vary by season or availability. Amounts are expressed in Colombian pesos (COP) and include applicable taxes where so indicated.

Under Law 1480 of 2011 (Consumer Statute), you are entitled to clear, truthful, sufficient and timely information about the service, and to receive an itemised bill of your consumption before paying.

5. Cancellations and changes

• Cancellations and date changes must be requested through the same WhatsApp channel, as early as possible.
• Plans requiring prepayment are governed by the refund conditions communicated in writing when the booking is confirmed. Those conditions are communicated before any payment is taken.
• If the venue cancels or materially changes a confirmed plan for reasons attributable to it, we will offer rescheduling or a refund of amounts paid.

6. Right of admission

The venue reserves the right of admission and of continued stay as permitted by law, always exercised on an objective and non-discriminatory basis, in accordance with the house rules. Entry will be refused, or removal requested, among other cases, where a person cannot prove they are of legal age, is visibly intoxicated, carries weapons or prohibited substances, or behaves in a way that harms the safety or dignity of other guests or of staff.

7. Site content and intellectual property

The texts, photographs, videos, logo and other elements of this site are owned by the venue or used under licence, and are protected by Law 23 of 1982 and Andean Decision 351 of 1993. Reproduction, distribution or modification without prior written authorisation is not permitted.

Images on the site are promotional and art-direction material; they are not a promise regarding the programme, the performers or the atmosphere on any given night.

8. Third-party links

The site links to third-party services (WhatsApp, Google Maps, Instagram). We neither control nor are responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices, which are governed by their own terms.

9. Customer reviews

Reviews shown on the site come from the venue's public Google profile and are reproduced in their original language, unaltered. The rating displayed is the actual rating published by Google.

10. Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the site, save for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor for how you use the information published. Nothing in these terms limits the non-waivable rights that Colombian law grants consumers.

11. Complaints

Complaints may be sent to coordinadordeexperienciasfased@gmail.com or to WhatsApp +57 310 380 8366, and will be handled under Law 1480 of 2011.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Colombian law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of the Republic of Colombia, with venue in Medellín, Colombia.

13. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page, dated August 3, 2026.
